What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 PM. We're staffed 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, but if you're arriving later, we'll arrange a code for self check-in — just let us know in advance. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
If you'd like to check in earlier or stay a bit longer on your departure day, we can usually arrange it for an additional fee, subject to availability. Get in touch when you book and we'll sort it out.
What time is breakfast served?
Weekdays 6:30 AM–9:00 AM, weekends 8:00 AM–10:00 AM. Need breakfast outside these hours? We'll arrange a breakfast bag — just ask at reception.
Is there parking?
Yes. The hotel's parking is located at the back of the building with its own entrance, and it's free for all hotel guests. Access it from the rear — see the map on our directions page. Behöver du fler platser finns en 10-timmarsparkering på torget, fritt mellan 16.00 och 09.00.
Is there EV charging?
Yes, we have two charging stations available for a fee.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Yes, all rooms except the suite are pet-friendly. Please let us know before arrival so we can prepare.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?
We don't clean rooms automatically every day. If you're staying more than one night and would like housekeeping, fresh towels, or your bed made — just let reception know in the morning and we'll take care of it free of charge.
Is there an elevator?
No, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. There are stairs at the entrance, up to reception, and to all floors — including the lowest one. Please let us know in advance if you'd like a room with as few stairs as possible.
How many rooms does the hotel have?
We have 26 rooms suited for business travelers, couples, families, and extended stays. All rooms have a smart TV and newly renovated bathrooms.
What's included in your stay?
Always included: free Wi-Fi, free parking, and breakfast buffet every morning.
Do you have anything extra for a special occasion?
Yes — book our suite with sauna and jacuzzi. If you'd like to surprise someone with champagne in the room, we're happy to arrange it — just contact us in advance.
